About

Sunrise to Southern State Parkway is a blog that was started in April 2008. It hosts some pretty sweet blogging action thanks to its main author, Mike Lynch. Be sure to tell your friends. Or even people you kinda know but wouldn’t consider “friends.” Like the people at the bottom of your AIM buddy list. You can tell them too.

Many of my points/stories originate in random discussion/involve 1 or more of the following people:

Nick Vitalo: Nick’s the Italian part of our little group. He’s fiery, and often brings up topics immediately after people finish talking about them. He is also the reason that no Spring Weekend t-shirts are distributed during the Irish-Italian rugby game. He has been romantically linked to David Wright, although this remains unconfirmed.

Dave Leboff: Chances are that if you’ve seen a boy who could be mistaken for a girl laying on a stoop, or even on the ground at all, you’ve seen Dave. Dave can and has been mistaken for a girl on plenty of occasions and, according to a friend, “makes everyone gayer.” He’s been known to steal capri suns from innocent children and is an exceptional dodgeball player.

Trevor Tansey: Trevor “where’s the beach” Tansey once received the “most likely to be a lifeguard” in grade school. Furthermore, speculation arose that he’s a secret agent of some government from his consistent disappearance without any contact and sudden reappearance days later. Trevor neglects to elaborate on the disappearance as well as our claim. Still, his boyish good looks and charming personality has him adored by many. Of guys.  Just don’t ask him to pterodactyl you.

And no, I’m not going to tell you what the letters between our names on Facebook stand for
